The Beacon Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Middletown Middie Bears to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millbrook for a non-league game on Saturday, October 8. Beacon will meet a Blazers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Highland (Highland, NY). The Blazers record now stands at 17-5.
The Middie Bears (1-12) will now prepare for their game against Washingtonville (Washingtonville, NY). The Wizards enter the Section 9 Orange County I game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, Washingtonville gained a win over O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
