North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hoke County Union Pines

In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Union Pines Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Hoke County Bucks.

The Vikings (12-7) will now prepare for their battle against Southern Lee (Sanford, NC). The Cavaliers come into the Sandhills 3A/4A battle with a 5-12 record. In their last battle, Southern Lee went down by Hoke County (Raeford, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Bucks encounter the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) in a Sandhills 3A/4A battle, on Tuesday, October 11. Hoke County will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 18-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Scotland (Laurinburg, NC).
