In Friday's league match, the visiting Ontario Tigers football squad scored a good 32-7 victory over the Burns Hilanders.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Yamhill-Carlton Tigers (Yamhill, OR) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 22. Ontario will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record.
The Hilanders (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Nyssa (Nyssa, OR). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Special District 4 match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Nyssa ran past McLoughlin (Milton-Freewater, OR), 68-6, in a league match.
