In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Columbia River Rapids volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mt. Spokane Wildcats.
The Rapids (19-0) will now prepare for their battle against Archbishop Murphy (Everett, WA). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Ferris Saxons (Spokane, WA) in a 3A/4A Greater Spokane battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Mt. Spokane will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Saxons come into the battle with a 7-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mead (Spokane, WA).
