The Bulldogs now possess a 23-12 record. They play next when they host Spring Hill for a 4A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, October 11. Carthage will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Cumberland Academy (Tyler, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 33-3.

With the loss, Chapel Hill drops to 7-23 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Pine Tree (Longview, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a 4A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, October 11. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 12-19. Pine Tree lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Gilmer (Gilmer, TX)
