The Amite County Trojans basketball team (Liberty, MS), dropped 52-38 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Jefferson County Tigers (Fayette, MS)

The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against McAdams (McAdams, MS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last match, McAdams lost by Velma Jackson (Camden, MS), 55-14, in a non-league match.

The Trojans now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tylertown for a non-league match on Thursday, November 13. Amite County will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 30-27 non-league win over Petal (Petal, MS). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-0.
