West Jones Mustangs (Laurel, MS) boosters went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the host West Harrison Hurricanes (Gulfport, MS), 5-0 in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against South Jones (Ellisville, MS). The Braves go into the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, South Jones was overwhelmed by Petal (Petal, MS), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Hurricanes confront the Purvis Tornadoes (Purvis, MS) in a non-league outing, on Friday, November 14. West Harrison will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Tornadoes go into the outing with a 2-2 record after their 2-2 non-league Greene County (Leakesville, MS).
