North Carolina High School Football - Asheville overwhelmed by Northern Guilford

In Friday's non-league game, the Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) football team triumphed over the visiting Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), by a tally of 46-13.

In their next game, the Nighthawks face the Kings Mountain Mountaineers (Kings Mountain, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, November 21. Northern Guilford will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record. The Mountaineers come into the outing with a 8-4 record after their 21-20 non-league win over T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC).

With the defeat, Asheville drops to 6-6 on the campaign.
