The Magnolia West Mustangs basketball squad (Magnolia, TX), was nudged 53-48 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Tomas Gators (Richmond, TX)

With the victory, Tomas improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Gators travel to Klein Cain (Houston, TX) to encounter the Hurricanes in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 15. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Klein Cain lost 77-42 in their recent non-league challenge against North Shore (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs meet the Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, November 18. Magnolia West will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 58-53 non-league loss to Texas Truth HomeSchool (College Station, TX).
