The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Sterling Raiders (Houston, TX) and the visiting Sharpstown Apollos (Houston, TX), observed Sterling's basketball team overwhelm Sharpstown by a score of 52-2.

The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Galena Park (Galena Park, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 5A Region III District 21 challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Galena Park trounced Madison (Houston, TX), 52-22, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Apollos meet the Milby Buffs (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 battle, on Tuesday, November 18. Sharpstown will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
