The Midland Rebels basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Northwest Raiders to 47 in the Rebels non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Rebels now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakdale for a non-league contest on Friday, November 18. Midland will battle a Warriors team coming off a 62-27 non-league win over Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Oakdale (Oakdale, LA). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Oakdale was defeated by Midland (Midland, LA), 49-47, in a non-league contest.
