The Rocklin Thunder basketball team scored 37 points and held the visiting Laguna Creek Cardinals to 35 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Friday.
The Thunder now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dixon for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Rocklin will meet a Rams team coming off a 35-30 non-league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, CA). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.
The Cardinals (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pioneer (Woodland, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Pioneer nudged Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA), 37-17, in a non-league contest.
