The Rosemead Panthers nudged the visiting Azusa Aztecs basketball team by a margin of 26-24 in Monday's non-league game.
The Panthers now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Polytechnic for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 18.
With the loss, Azusa falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Aztecs travel to Southlands Christian (Rowland Heights, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league outing on Wednesday, November 19. The Eagles enter the outing with a record of 1-0. Southlands Christian won 32-28 in their recent non-league outing against El Monte (El Monte, CA)
