In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Cedar Ridge Timberwolves basketball team scored a close 40-38 win over the Concord Pirates.
The Timberwolves (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Salem (Salem, AR). The Greyhounds come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record.
In their next game, the Pirates battle the Timbo Tigers (Timbo, AR) in a 1A Region 2 contest, on Tuesday, November 19. Concord will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 4-6 record after their 66-20 non-league loss to Cotter (Cotter, AR).
