The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Linton-Stockton Miners (Linton, IN) and the visiting Barr-Reeve Vikings (Montgomery, IN), observed Linton-Stockton's basketball team overcome Barr-Reeve by a margin of 42-29.

The Miners (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North Central (Farmersburg, IN). The Thunderbirds come into the Southwestern Indiana challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, North Central defeated Greencastle (Greencastle, IN), 69-28, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Evansville Christian Eagles (Evansville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 21. Barr-Reeve will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 55-47 non-league loss to Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN).
