The Carver Montgomery Wolverines (Montgomery, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Southside Panthers (Selma, AL), 77-19 in Monday's non-league test.
The Wolverines (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson Davis (Montgomery, AL). The Volunteers go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Jefferson Davis walloped Lanier (Montgomery, AL), 73-72, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 29. Southside will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 76-43 non-league loss to Wilcox Central (Camden, AL). The Lions record now stands at 0-2.
