Longview Lobos (Longview, TX) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pleasant Grove Hawks (Texarkana, TX), 57-21 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Longview upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Lobos host Athens (Athens, TX) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Hawks play the New Diana Eagles (Diana, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Pleasant Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
