WACO Warriors (Wayland, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pekin Panthers (Packwood, IA), 62-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, WACO upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors host Wapello (Wapello, IA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Panthers play the Wapello Indians (Wapello, IA) in a SEI - North bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Pekin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
