In Saturday's non-league test, the Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) basketball team edged the visiting DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL), by a tally of 44-41.
The Rockets now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Prairie Ridge for a Fox Valley bout on Tuesday, December 2.
With the loss, DeKalb moves to 0-2 on the season. The Barbs host Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, November 29. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 0-3.
