The Madison Cubs bounced the host Salem Lions basketball squad by a final score of 68-39 in Saturday's non-league game.
The Cubs now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Southwestern for a non-league game on Wednesday, November 26. Madison will confront a Rebels team coming off a 84-24 non-league win over South Dearborn (Aurora, IN). The Rebels record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Salem falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN) to clash with the Senators in a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 25. The Senators come into the outing with a record of 1-3. West Washington won 56-44 in their recent non-league bout against Lanesville (Lanesville, IN)
