The Sacred Heart Trojans basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays to 36 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bunkie for a non-league outing on Monday, December 1. Sacred Heart will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 40-22 non-league win over Block (Jonesville, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
The Fighting Blue Jays (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against St. Joseph's - Plaucheville (Plaucheville, LA). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, St. Joseph's - Plaucheville bounced Mamou (Mamou, LA), 61-38, in a non-league test.
