In Saturday's non-league outing, the Breese Central Cougars (Breese, IL) basketball squad felled the host Teutopolis Wooden Shoes (Teutopolis, IL), by a margin of 44-33.
The Cougars (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against Salem (Salem, IL). The Wildcats go into the Cahokia - Mississippi outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Salem was beaten by Newton (Newton, IL), 65-49, in a non-league outing.
