The Woodland Wildcats basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Sonoraville Phoenix to 49 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Cass (White, GA). The Colonels come into the AAAA Region 7 challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Cass edged Unity Christian (Rome, GA), 93-13, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Phoenix battle the Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA) in a AA Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Sonoraville will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Colts come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 67-59 non-league win over Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN).
