The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Eufaula Tigers (Eufaula, AL) and the visiting Hueytown Golden Gophers (Hueytown, AL), observed Eufaula's basketball team knock off Hueytown by a score of 69-59.

The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Russell County (Seale, AL). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Russell County thwarted Shaw (Columbus, GA), 71-66, in a non-league battle.

The Golden Gophers now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shades Valley for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 2. Hueytown will battle a Mounties team coming off a 51-47 non-league win over Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Mounties record now stands at 5-2.
