The Oliver Springs Bobcats basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Oakdale Eagles to 59 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bobcats now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midway for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Oliver Springs will battle a Green Wave team coming off a 74-62 non-league loss to Tellico Plains (Tellico Plains, TN). The Green Wave record now stands at 0-3.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jellico (Jellico, TN). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Jellico was nudged by University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN), 94-89, in a non-league contest.
