Virginia High School Basketball - Briar Woods knocked off by Loudoun Valley

The Loudoun Valley Vikings basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Briar Woods Falcons to 43 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.

The Vikings now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Independence for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 30. Loudoun Valley will meet a team coming off a 77-52 non-league loss to Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA). The record now stands at 0-1.

The Falcons (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA). The Captains enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Loudoun County was defeated by Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA), 63-55, in a non-league contest.
