The West Ottawa Panthers (Holland, MI) basketball felled the host Godwin Heights Wolverines (Wyoming, MI), 65-56 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Holland Christian (Holland, MI). The Maroons go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Holland Christian was beaten by Covenant Christian (Grand Rapids, MI), 59-46, in a non-league test.
The Wolverines now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-Unity Christian for a non-league test on Friday, December 8.
