The East Ridge Pioneers (Chattanooga, TN) basketball knocked off the visiting Howard Tech Hustlin' Tigers (Chattanooga, TN), 67-57 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Pioneers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Brainerd (Chattanooga, TN). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Brainerd went down by Columbia (Decatur, GA), 70-36, in a non-league test.
The Hustlin' Tigers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Rhea County for a 4A District 5 test on Friday, December 2. Howard Tech will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 66-46 non-league win over Bledsoe County (Pikeville, TN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 6-2.
