The Lafayette County Huskers basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Orrick Bearcats to 29 in the Huskers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Huskers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawson for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. Lafayette County will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 47-42 non-league win over Wellington-Napoleon (Wellington, MO). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-0.

The Bearcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southwest (Ludlow, MO). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Southwest was routed by Braymer (Braymer, MO), 75-40, in a league contest.
