The Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) basketball edged the host Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA), 48-47 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Whitewater for a AAA Region 2 test on Friday, December 5.

The Vikings (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.
