Illinois High School Basketball - Milford topples Armstrong

In Thursday's league outing, the Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) basketball squad beat the visiting Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL), by a margin of 36-26.

The Bearcats (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL). The Buffaloes go into the Vermilion Valley outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Georgetown-Ridge Farm defeated Chrisman (Chrisman, IL), 38-18, in a non-league outing.

The Trojans now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Salt Fork for a Vermilion Valley outing on Monday, December 4. Armstrong will clash with a Storm squad coming off a 39-33 non-league loss to Arcola (Arcola, IL). The Storm record now stands at 3-3.
