The Reno Huskies basketball team scored 79 points and limited the host Fernley Vaqueros to 13 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Huskies now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Galena for a game on Tuesday, December 3.

With the loss, Fernley falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Vaqueros travel to White Pine (Ely, NV) to play the Bobcats in a non-league game on Friday, December 6. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 0-0.
