The Newman Greenies (New Orleans, LA) volleyball knocked off the visiting South Plaquemines Hurricanes (Buras, LA), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Greenies now possess a 23-12 record. They play next when they host Doyle for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 7. Newman will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Amite (Amite, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 17-11.
With the loss, South Plaquemines drops to 9-13 on the campaign.
