Bullitt East Chargers (Mt. Washington, KY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY), 56-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bullitt East upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Chargers travel to Larue County (Hodgenville, KY) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Larue County won 88-63 in their recent non-league bout against Collins (Shelbyville, KY)

Next up, the Ravens play the Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Atherton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Centurions go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 59-58 non-league loss to Sayre (Lexington, KY).
