The Eastern York Golden Knights basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Central Dauphin East Panthers to 54 in the Golden Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Golden Knights now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lampeter-Strasburg for a non-league game on Saturday, December 2. Eastern York will face a Pioneers team coming off a 56-51 non-league win over Northeastern (Manchester, PA). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Central Dauphin East moves to 0-1 on the year. The Panthers host Susquehanna Township (Harrisburg, PA) to face the HANNA in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 5. The HANNA enter the game with a record of 0-0.
