Oregon High School Basketball - Sheridan can't hold off Gaston

The Gaston Greyhounds basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Sheridan Spartans to 51 in the Greyhounds non-league victory on Friday.
The Greyhounds now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warrenton for a non-league contest on Monday, December 4. Gaston will battle a Warriors team coming off a 40-22 non-league loss to Knappa (Astoria, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
The Spartans (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Oregon School for the Deaf (Salem, OR). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Oregon School for the Deaf was nudged by Washington School for the Deaf (Vancouver, WA), 42-30, in a non-league contest.
