In Sunday's non-league test, the Magnificat Blue Streaks (Rocky River, OH) basketball squad knocked off the host Laurel Gators (Shaker Heights, OH), by a score of 53-39.

Next, the Blue Streaks encounter the Brush Arcs (Lyndhurst, OH) in a Freelance test, on Saturday, December 7. Magnificat will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.

The Gators (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Hathaway Brown (Shaker Heights, OH). The Blazers come into the Independent School test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Hathaway Brown was knocked off by Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 40-33, in a non-league test.
