San Ramon Valley Wolves (Danville, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA), 62-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, San Ramon Valley upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Wolves travel to Freedom (Oakley, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Freedom won 70-52 in their recent non-league bout against Cornerstone Christian (Antioch, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Pittsburg Pirates (Pittsburg, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. California will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 70-39 non-league win over Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA).
