In Tuesday's non-league test, the Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD) basketball squad defeated the visiting Paint Branch Panthers (Burtonsville, MD), by a score of 44-34.
Next, the Hornets clash with the Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 13. Damascus will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 62-28 non-league win over Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD).
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Einstein (Kensington, MD). The Titans come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Einstein went down by Parkdale (Riverdale, MD), 66-30, in a non-league test.
