In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Rainier Mountaineers basketball team scored a big 61-22 triumph over the Rochester Warriors.
The Mountaineers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Vernon Christian (Mount Vernon, WA). The Hurricanes go into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Mount Vernon Christian smashed Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA), 62-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Castle Rock Rockets (Castle Rock, WA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Rochester will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Rockets go into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 38-33 non-league win over Tenino (Tenino, WA).
