California High School Basketball - Pittsburg tipped by California

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting California Grizzlies basketball team scored a tight 60-56 triumph over the Pittsburg Pirates.

In their next game, the Grizzlies meet the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 15. California will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Hillmen enter the match with a 9-0 record after their 61-53 non-league win over Del Oro (Loomis, CA).

With the defeat, Pittsburg moves to 6-2 on the year. The Pirates travel to Oakland Tech (Oakland, CA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, December 17.
