The Kennedy Fighting Irish basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros to 21 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Friday.

The Fighting Irish now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Whitney for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Kennedy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 44-41 non-league win over Torrance (Torrance, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Rancho Alamitos falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Vaqueros travel to Savanna (Anaheim, CA) to confront the Rebels in a game on Friday, January 17. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 3-5.
