In Thursday's league outing, the Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH) basketball squad beat the visiting Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH), by a count of 46-30.

The Greyhounds (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Milton-Union (West Milton, OH). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Milton-Union defeated Northridge (Dayton, OH), 47-39, in a league outing.

The Jets now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Fairlawn for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 3.
