Ohio High School Basketball - Aquinas edges Rootstown

The Aquinas Knights (Louisville, OH) basketball nipped the host Rootstown Rovers (Rootstown, OH), 46-42 in Friday's league test.

The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Academy for Urban Scholars (Youngstown, OH). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Academy for Urban Scholars got by Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA), 63-35, in a non-league test.

The Rovers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Lake Center Christian for a Portage Trail test on Friday, December 22.
