Idaho High School Basketball - Centennial Baptist knocked off by Horseshoe Bend

The Horseshoe Bend Mustangs basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Centennial Baptist Mustangs to 26 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Council for a 1A II Long Pin contest on Monday, January 8. Horseshoe Bend will battle a Lumberjacks team coming off a 63-49 league win over Garden Valley (Garden Valley, ID). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 3-2.
The Mustangs (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rimrock (Bruneau, ID). The Raiders enter the 1A I Western Idaho contest with a 4-4 record.
