Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bellefonte can't hold off Huntingdon

The Huntingdon Bearcats basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Bellefonte Raiders to 49 in the Bearcats league victory on Friday.

The Bearcats now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hollidaysburg for a Mountain match on Monday, December 19. Huntingdon will meet a Golden Tigers team coming off a 84-70 non-league loss to Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA). The Golden Tigers record now stands at 0-5.

With the defeat, Bellefonte moves to 1-3 on the year. The Raiders host Penns Valley Area (Spring Mills, PA) to meet the Rams in a Mountain match on Monday, December 19. The Rams enter the match with a record of 0-3. Penns Valley Area lost 42-35 in their recent league match against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA)
