The Bluestem Lions basketball team (Leon, KS), was overwhelmed 52-24 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Central Raiders (Burden, KS)
The Raiders now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pretty Prairie for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 17. Central will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-69 non-league loss to Oxford (Oxford, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
The Lions (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Flinthills (Rosalia, KS). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Flinthills was overwhelmed by Eureka (Eureka, KS), 59-43, in a non-league battle.
