The Columbus Cougars basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Sweet Grass County Sheepherders to 24 in the Cougars league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sweet Grass County for a B District 4 contest on Saturday, January 20.

The Sheepherders (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Manhattan (Manhattan, MT). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Manhattan triumphed over Jefferson (Boulder, MT), 64-48, in a league contest.
