Banneker Trojans (College Park, GA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Washington Bulldogs (Atlanta, GA), 43-39 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Banneker advances its record to 4-6 on the year. The Trojans travel to Pope (Marietta, GA) to face the Greyhounds in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Greyhounds enter the match with a record of 10-2. Pope won 68-67 in their recent league match against Woodstock (Woodstock, GA)
The Bulldogs now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennesaw Mountain for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Washington will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 42-40 league loss to Lithia Springs (Lithia Springs, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-10.
