Next, the Yellowjackets clash with the Berrien Rebels (Nashville, GA) in a A D1 Region 1 test, on Friday, January 3. Jeff Davis will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Rebels come into the test with a 1-10 record after their 41-25 non-league loss to Brooks County (Quitman, GA).

The Bears (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Brantley County (Nahunta, GA). The Herons come into the non-league test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Brantley County went down by Wayne County (Jesup, GA), 43-30, in a non-league test.
